For schools, churches, clinics, nonprofits and community organisations
AI search and chat for school, church and nonprofit websites
Small organisations publish a lot: calendars, registration forms, policies, programme pages, newsletters, long PDFs. The people who need them rarely know where to look, so they phone or email, and a volunteer answers the same question for the fiftieth time. AskMyPages lets a visitor ask in plain words and get the answer with a link to the page, in your own site.
Questions it answers, and where the answers come from
“When does registration open for the fall programme?”
Answered from the programme page, with a link to it.
“What do I need to bring on the first day?”
Answered from the welcome packet PDF, with a link to it.
“Is there financial aid, and how do I apply?”
Answered from the tuition and aid page, with a link to it.
“What time is the Sunday service and is there childcare?”
Answered from the visitor page, with a link to it.
“Do you accept my insurance?”
Answered from the clinic’s patient information page, with a link to it.
“How do I volunteer?”
Answered from the get-involved page, with a link to it.
The live demo is a fictional union site with policies, PDFs and news, the same shape as a school or church site. Try “how do I file a grievance” or “is counselling covered”. Open the demo.
What goes in
The content that makes it work
Published, public content only. You tick the types; new and edited items sync on their own.
Programme, admissions and visitor pages
Handbooks, forms and policies as text PDFs
Calendars and announcements published as posts
Staff and contact pages, so “who do I ask about…” gets a name
What changes for you
The phone rings less
The questions the front desk answers all day get answered on the site, at any hour, with the source.
Set up by whoever runs the site
Install, connect, tick the content types. There is no prompt to write and no training to do; new pages and PDFs are picked up on their own.
Looks like your site
The chat uses your colours and font, with your logo or a photo as its picture. Visitors see your organisation, not a chatbot brand.
Free to start
Most small organisations fit the free plan: 500 pages and PDFs, 1,000 searches and 100 answers a month, no card.
The questions you will have
“We cannot have it say the wrong thing to a parent.”
It answers only from what you publish, cites the page, and says when the site does not cover something. You choose the categories it may answer from, so an old newsletter cannot be mistaken for current policy.
“We have no IT person.”
If you can install a WordPress plugin, you can set this up. Connecting takes one click, and the admin page explains each setting in plain words. A connection check tells you if your host blocks something.
“What about privacy?”
Only published, public content is sent, never drafts, private pages or user data. Visitors’ questions are not used to train AI models. The privacy page spells it out.
