For unions, associations and member organisations

AI search and chat for union and association websites

Your members’ questions are already answered somewhere: in the collective agreement, the member handbook, the benefits summary, the bylaws. The trouble is finding the right page, in a 60-page PDF, at 11 pm before a shift. AskMyPages lets a member ask in their own words and get the answer with a link to the exact page, on the site you already have.

What visitors ask

“Do I get paid more for night shifts?”

The live demo is a fictional health workers’ union with a collective agreement, a handbook and a benefits summary. Ask it the questions above. Open the demo.

What goes in

The content that makes it work

Published, public content only. You tick the types; new and edited items sync on their own.

  • The collective agreement as a text PDF: answers cite the article and page
  • The member handbook and benefits summary, PDF or pages
  • Bylaws, policies, and the steward directory
  • News posts: ratification results, elections, scholarship deadlines

What changes for you

Fewer calls to the office

The questions stewards answer twenty times a week get answered on the site, with the source, so members trust it.

The agreement becomes usable

A member does not need to know that bereavement leave is in Article 15. They ask about time off for a funeral and get the clause.

Nothing changes about your site

Your theme, your search box, your colours. The chat takes the site’s own colours and can carry the local’s name and logo.

Only what you publish

Drafts, members-only pages and password-protected content never leave your site. Answers come only from public content you chose.

The questions you will have

“What if it gets a contract clause wrong?”

Every answer links to the page it came from, and the assistant answers only from your documents. When the documents do not cover something, it says so instead of guessing. Members check the source in one click; nobody has to take the assistant’s word for it.

“We cannot pay for AI usage we cannot predict.”

Plans have fixed monthly answer counts and the free plan has no card. When a limit is reached, the chat pauses until next month and search keeps working. There is no per-token bill.

“Our agreement is a scanned PDF.”

Text PDFs work; scanned images do not yet. Most agreements from the last ten years are text. If yours is a scan, an OCR pass makes it a text PDF.
